Just picking people up and shipping them off or keeping them locked up with no legal procedures or process, that is just kidnapping. Like genuinely. The reason we hold people in prisons and how we decide who can stay is in court. It’s like saying murderers shouldn’t get a trial because it’s just murderers going to prison… you still have to prove they are murderers first.

Exactly! I just hear a lot of people saying they are only going after the undocumented immigrants that are committing crimes and I’m like, even if that was true (which it’s not), they still need due process
