Infrastructure developments funded or cooperated with by intentional government does not implicitly mean that the Panama Gov is operating under the Chinese governments wishes. Trumps “security” comments have no basis. Sorry if that wasn’t clear

I’ve just shared a very extensive overview of how of how that is arguably true. You can disagree with this characterization or ultimate conclusions, but to say that it’s not at all happening it’s just to deny basic fact.
