I’m not going to text like I know the specifics of these cases. But if they didn’t follow the process leading up to that, then maybe it makes sense. If they did, then I don’t see a justification but I also don’t think public opinion among republicans is favorable for those cases. GOP voters have been pretty outspoken about being pro legal immigration and anti illegal immigration
